  • 1 nos onion chop


  • 1 nos green chilli chop


  • 1 tsp oil

Directions

  • Take a leftover sabzi add chop onion,green chilli mix and keep a side.
  • Take a one wheat flour dough ball .
  • Then flat in your hand pour sabzi and seal carefully.
  • Then flat in rolling pin.
  • Take a pan then pan is hot make a parantha apply oil for both sides.
  • Then parantha is ready.
  • Serve parantha with mango pickle and hot tea.
